To produce a video and two multilingual PSAs targeted at funders to inform them of the link between children's vision health, development, and learning.  The video will be featured at Children's Vision Massachusetts Coalition's awareness events in Boston and Springfield. 

To purchase a new exam table for its Medical Clinic.

To hire a strategic planning consultant who will facilitate a day-long leadership institute with Board members, staff, and program participants. 

To hire a Homeless Integration Consultant to enhance and expand programming in their Outpatient Clinic.

To purchase computer hardware and accessories to conduct outreach.

To conduct a feasibility study to collect information for the launch of a Capital Campaign.  The campaign would support upgrades and expansions for the Wellfleet and Harwich Community Health Centers.

To hire a grant writer to develop a fundraising strategy.

To purchase and implement a photo ID system for volunteers.

To purchase five new Dell computers that will be used for training employees on the health center’s new EHR system.

To hire a grantwriter consultant.

Funding for four staff members to attend the National Health Care for the Homeless conference in Washington D.C.

To support a staff member’s registration and travel to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Medical Centered Home training.

To produce marketing materials for a behavioral health outpatient clinic.

 To support the organization’s doula program.
