Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall seek federal approval effective July 1, 2006 to enroll an additional 250 people, for a maximum total of 1,300 enrollees, in the Family Assistance HIV positive program, funded in item 4000-1400 in section 2 of chapter 45 of the acts of 2005.
Summary
