Antonia “Toni” G. McGuire, RN, MPH, is a Senior Consultant for Health Systems and Behavioral Health at John Snow, Inc. Prior to that, she served at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center (Kennedy CHC), formerly Great Brook Valley Health Center, as President and CEO. Toni came to Kennedy CHC from Manet Community Health Center in Quincy, MA where she was Chief Executive Officer. Toni received her ADN/RN from the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) and her BA from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. While serving as the Health Services Director at the Family Care Health Center in St. Louis, Toni received a United States Public Health Service scholarship and earned her MPH from St. Louis University. Toni then worked for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) as the Vice President of Clinical Services and traveled across the United States assisting health centers determine their readiness for managed care. After moving to Massachusetts, she assumed the role of System Director for Health Education and Promotion at Fallon Health Care System. Toni also assisted in helping to organize the first-ever Department of Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as the Director of Administration and Community Affairs. Nationally, she serves as Chair of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Sub-Committee on Health Care Finance and is a member of the Health Policy Committee.
