The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation’s strategic focus on policy and research reflects our commitment to expanding and preserving access to quality health care for all residents of the Commonwealth. The Foundation works to identify barriers to access, inform public discourse, and generate evidence-based solutions through multi-year policy and research initiatives and through broad stakeholder events and convenings. By providing reliable data and objective analysis to inform public debates on coverage, access, and affordability, the Foundation strives to assist policy makers, advocates, and providers in critical decision-making.
